Pros

I enjoyed working there. Work was interesting, treated nicely and respected.

Cons

Advancement and compensation. I left after a very disappointing conversation with management after being fed the HR-coached nonsense about "well in this economy we all have to make sacrifices.."

I have been working at L-3 Communications full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

They allow a good work/life balance, if not taken advantage of. They are willing to work with their employees to allow vacations.

    Cons

It can be difficult to be innovative where there are so many processes and procedures in place. They are hard to follow and often you spend more time trying to understand them than they provide benefit.

    Advice to Management

Do a better job of communicating information with employees across all business areas and disciplines to create a better informed work force.
