    Challenging Product and assignments

    Cons

    No Logical decision making
Union is horrible - protect those who are being dishonest - hard workers suffer
Senior Management is clueless how to run a Manufacturing Operation and their Egos get in the way to see it.
Absolutely no vision - lack of direciton
Not just poor communication - no Communication
HR and Management is spineless to confront the bad apples

    Advice to Management

Let experts in their fields perform their duties. Senior Managers should work on Vision and direction not day to day operations.
