No opinion of CEO

Pros

Large scale practice which backs you and your work at the client site allowing you to play a lead role in projects
Good portfolio of clients with strategic connects in place for long term prospects
No travel involved (relocation might be needed from project to project every few years)

Cons

Poor compensation! (Cannot stress it enough as they are WAY behind in the market)
Low employee morale onsite
High stress due to long working hours (including heavy offshore development and time spent in co-ordination; due to poor project management on occasion
No 'team' atmosphere as organization hardly spends any money on team-building efforts.

Advice to Management

Find a way to leverage US-based resources better by increasing their billing rates, providing better compensation, better HR practices needed.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

You join co for long term onsite but next day they find a cheaper subgrade resource and then ask you to join in India Offshore ( Indirect Layoffs). They dont care for quality or skills , all they care is how can they save a penny because thats what is their profit.

    Cons

Not a good co at all for IT. Pathetic Enviroment. Everyone has to butter the client. Huge work pressure and no persoal life. No one cares about your concerns. You will be laid off if they find a resource a penny cheaper than you. No Knowledge base. Manufacturig Co Environment. Low grade consultants. Those who are working here for last4-5 years can't get jobs outside and forced to stay there as a handicap. My suggestion never ever join this co - no pay, no life, no learning, huge pressure, very few clients, no ETHICS and very limited opportunities. If you finsih your project they don't have anything else and you have to go back to Offshore even if you are a US hire( Indirect Layoff) pressure and politics.

    Advice to Management

Please shift from Manufacturing to Consulting Attitude.
