No opinion of CEO

Pros

Great networking, great management, friendly environment

Cons

was a little disatisfied on how business development dropped the ball on finding work for the program I was on, which led it to ultimately fail and I had to find a new job.
GS&ES is still a young business unit that goes through a lot of changes and everyone fears losing their job

Advice to Management

Stop being cheap and throw a company holiday party!

There were interesting technologies being developed by this company. They have recently moved in to a new, larger, more professional facility.

    Cons

While this organization is part of a large defense contractor (L-3), they have not successfully navigated the transition from small/independent company to large/professional organization.

    Advice to Management

If you survive your current problems, diversify your workforce more effectively in your next growth phase. Engineers who have diverse backgrounds and broad experience across industry will have more to offer in leadership than they have been allowed to demonstrate thus far.
