    Pros

Inclusion. L3 Harris works daily to make sure that men and women alike are treated equally and with the utmost respect. Work-Life balance is not only talked about but encouraged. Flexibility is fantastic. Continuous Training is offered as well as opportunity to earn another degree if desired. Company is profitable which is always a plus because this extends to good benefits and funds to employ enough people to do the work.

    Cons

I have not experienced anything that would be considered a "con" - I have no regrets to making the transition to L3Harris.

    Pros

Working with L3 Harris has been a fun experience because of the culture the company has developed. The environment is filled with people that are committed to excellence. Also, having a job through the union is beneficial because of the job securities and protections it offers.

    Cons

If you're a union worker with low seniority, seeking any promotion can be fairly difficult. Also, seeking a different career within the company has been difficult because of a lack of experience.
