    Pros

I have recently started working at L3Harris and the company are so diverse. They respect you as an individual and value you opinion. Everyone is willing to help and encourage your development within the company. I can honestly say that there is no "I" in the team here. The company are open to Developing Graduates and giving valuable experience to interns, they value and appreciate the next generation of the continuing evolvement of technology. Overall, L3Harris has a lovely team and most importantly, everyone is happy and willing to share and pass on their knowledge.

    Cons

There is a transition stage within the company at the moment, which is a little confusing, but i am certain this is teething problems.

    Pros

The people working there doing the business of the company are above average in intelligence which makes it a nice environment to work in.

    Cons

The company currently (2021) is the result of a large number of acquisitions and mergers which makes for a fragmented culture until it can congeal into one.
