- Lots of effort to retain employees - HR structure and strategy constantly adapting to the business

- HR teams are very lean and are so overtasked difficult to be strategic and creative - HR teams aren't looked to develop their skills or increase knowledge, leading to a lot wheel spinning, and outdated HR practices

Teams make all the difference here. Everyone I've encountered have been amazing to work with. Great support structure from leadership down to my employees. Growing company with lots of potential.
Cons
My only cons are the benefits, average at best. Costly health insurance, no bonus structure below director level, and doesn't offer employee stock options / discounted stock. 401k is pretty good at a 6% match but the company won't match until 1 year of employment.
