Pros

Competitive pay, good work life balance, 9/80 schedule, good sick time policy, reasonable benefit costs, plenty of opportunity to move around within the company.

Cons

Below industry average retirement contribution and no match for the first year, no annual bonus, raises not on-line with inflation, large company with poor resource sharing, hard to find who knows what, not the most exciting work in some divisions of the company, they give out a scientist title which regularly goes along with an inflated ego, they use an outdated release of 3D CAD software that has had 5 newer versions released in the last 8 years.
