I've been at L3Harris for a little over a year. And so far I love it here. Great culture. Strong work life balance. I am able to work remote 5 days a week. They recognize your contributions. The pay is great. Team mates are very helpful. US employees have a 9/80 schedule- which gives you every other Friday off. Overall, a very good place to work.
Cons
There is no bonus structure for most employees.

Being a small office you can wear different hats and learn new things. I prefer this to being pigeon holed.
Cons
As a small remote office there is often confusion as to what our process is supposed to be. The only way to get promoted is to move to the head office in Palm Bay, FL, and I haven't heard anything positive about the working environment there.
