They say there's a bonus but they'll find a way not to give you the full amount. They hide the fact that there's a huge turn over and they'll attack your work performance without any evidence just because. Pay is low and not worth all the work you do plus the toxic environment. You'll most likely work here for a year and end going back on glassdoor to find yet another job. Save your time and look elsewhere.
