Pros

Company has been around and steady grows but that growth is done at the mercy of the line management that forfiet a life work balance to give it all to LCS. Not many pros. If you seek high recognition and praise, these are not the guys to work for.

Cons

Inexperienced management. Likes to bring in experts to help as a resource to other managers but lack of respect between ranks creates discord. Don't expect any loyalty from upper management, this is not a hospitality company, it is a long term care management company. Needs to realize that their growth will come from dedication of managers motivated by desire rather than threats of job loss. Lack of comprehensive training programs for management. Lots of politics. Good Ole Girl network. If yourprimary mission is to help people like the customer, than choose another employer. It's money first here, residents and care second.

Advice to Management

Stop treating CRSA employees as step children. Provide time and tools for training middle managers. Stop filling the management ranks with unmarried singles that just want to party, just because they did well in school doesn't prepare them for reality of caregiving.

    I have been working at LCS full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great teams, leadership seems to know what they are doing, benefits are at or above my expectations, free parking

    Cons

    Not enough filtered drinking water on the 7th floor, bathrooms are from 1978, no bonus

    Advice to Management

    Get more drinking water to the 7th floor. Don't do deals with partners that won't let us do what we are good at.
