Pros

There are phenomenal clients who look for very high end work. Luxury is defined at Lipman, they have some of the best experience in the industry.

Cons

Slight disorganization, mixed with alot of new hires make for a very stressful environment in which long hours rarely feel rewarding.

Advice to Management

Invest your time in making your work better rather than trying to get more business. Growth is good, so are the rewards.

    I worked at LIPMAN full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Big name fashion/lux clients are an attractive addition to your resume – especially if it's the industry you want to build a career in.

    Cons

    Pompous and disrespectful upper-management does not value their employees. Attitude runs deep, from top to bottom: if you're not one of the 'chosen few' cool kids, you might as well be dirt. Promotions are few and far between.

    Advice to Management

    Nothing will change at Lipman, regardless of whatever "advice" could be given. It doesn't take a genius to look at the employee turnover rate and know there's something seriously wrong.
