I have been working at LSC full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Good work, good support, good people. No micromanagement by upper management, but instead a supportive environment.

Cons

Too much bickering and too much micromanagement by managers in some units.

Advice to Management

Don't allow micromanagement. Salaries are low; you have to have a great environment to make up for it.
