I have been working at LSI full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Work from home option.
    Transport options

    Cons

    Herd mentality.
Thinking out of the box is unknown
The oldies clique doesn't make the new comers feel welcome
Weak middle management doesn't put foot down and put processes in place.

    Advice to Management

Get some people from outside with a strong management expertise and put your foot down when needed. Just because things are going on fine now doesn't mean they will remain the same when you expand in the next few years.
Drill some soft skills into managers and ask them to not call people at unearthly hours and weekends (unless there is a true crisis)
