Pros

Great Health Benefits. 401k plan. sick time. vacation time.

Cons

Got pointed for using sick time you earned. Full time hours were cut-almost losing benefits. It was not easy to take time off. Vacation hours were cut in half. Upper local management was not respectful to teachers-which was the face of the company. Never money for supplies to carry our curriculum.

Advice to Management

Allow personal days to hardworking teachers. Budget money for supplies to carry out curriculum. It is a great curriculum-if only they could do it.

    Pros

cirriculum is provided, themes are provided, lesson plans are provided Benefits and 401-k are available at a cost. Vacation is available after 1 year of service

    Cons

materials for classroom are low, cirriculum materials are hard to get, buildings are in poor shape, layout of buildings are poor, too high expectations for what you have to work with, employment has a high turnover

    Advice to Management

be very careful and show more descretion when hiring new employees. dont hire just about anyone that comes thru the door and then wonder why that person didnt work out. Former experience is a must in childcare!
