    Pros

No limit to income. Great quality product. Maditory days off.

    Cons

Takes time to build clients. Slower payouts with custom built furniture. Income per month varries

    Advice to Management

Sales associates need to be made aware of long wait of pay at hire. Inconsistencies in product delivery time. Lots of damage due to shipping companies on merchandise.

    Former Employee - Sales Associate

I worked at La-Z-Boy full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good benefits and okay compensation. Certain managers went above and beyond.

    Cons

Not the best pay for the work completed each day. Very complicated product knowledge. No service desk. Warehouse was disorganized. Certain managers were immature and kind of lazy.

    Advice to Management

Exclude personal details about your life. Be more organized with daily tasks. Do not put on unwanted chores on certain people. Please do not take advantage of people.
