    Pros

I have a full time job that i cannot work at due to being pregenant. LaSalle has been great at fiding me some temp jobs. It has been great not sitting at home every day going nuts!

    Cons

I really do not have much other than they seem to take turning down jobs very personally. I refused once, and did not hear from them for over a month and was emailed an exit interview. They later called with an offer.

I have been working at LaSalle Network full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The people at LaSalle are hard working, genuine, and kind. This is a place where you can have both a high potential career and make life long friends. You can trust management to have your back when you make mistakes and help you take efforts to prevent them in the future. From newbies to executives, everyone makes an effort to provide an inclusive and encouraging company culture. It is a play hard work harder environment in which you learn something new every day!

    Cons

The hours are 8 am - 6 pm and the work often requires effort outside of that. They are upfront about this in the interview process, but be aware that you will unlikely be wrapping up and headed out by 6:01 pm. The recruiting industry is a 24/7/365 kind of business. The PTO package is also fairly tight (10 days). You really have to manage your time wisely to maintain a healthy work life balance.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing! You foster a great environment for those with a positive attitude and killer work ethic.
