    Pros

None to speak of, unless you are under 30 and are ignorant and gullible.

    Cons

Apparently, ageism, sexism and racism run rampant!I felt insulted and undervalued; I was laughed at for bringing employment credentials to the interview; (even though I was asked to bring them); I felt like because I am over 40 I was a big joke to them. Jeez, I feel I have considerable professional qualifications and just wanted a job interview, people .... if you don't want to do business with anyone over 30 then...

    Advice to Management

None; just keep running your game ... people over 40 are not totally useless by the way; please don't waste our time BTW.

I have been working at LaSalle Network full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

6 years has gone by in a flash, and where I’m at in my career and what I’ve been able to achieve is something I never imagined possible. Cons

I don't have anything to add.

I worked at LaSalle Network full-time for more than a year

    Pros

A lot of Perks, so many perks and if that's what you're looking for then great! Free lunch on Wednesdays, free dry cleaning, bagels on friday, and rebirthdays. Not to mention the company wide sales trip- (if you hit that goal), constant competitions to keep moral in the office up, as well as quarterly events that may involve clients.

    Cons

LaSalle was my first job out of school and I cant completely knock the company down, because I did learn a lot. However, working now at a larger company, you can see how ridiculous the culture was at LaSalle. To be fair, maybe the culture wasn't for me, but when you're out interviewing and several companies ask within the hiring process if LaSalle is a Cult, you have to sit and think just how normal the work culture...

Dial it back a bit, every meeting doesn't have to be an reenactment of Wolf of Wall Street.
