I worked at LaSalle Network for less than a year

    Pros

Hourly rate was competitive. Started on a Monday and received my first paycheck by the following Friday (timely pay ). Job was as described. Got first paycheck in a timely manner. Onboarding was efficient. My first recruiter was professional and friendly. I liked the client work site.

    Cons

I have 3 points of which the last is a reason I wouldn't work with them again. 1) During my assignment my initial recruiter left the company and was replaced by someone who was not as pleasant. It was downhill from here. Many companies will take you out to lunch to see how things are going, and will check in from time to time by phone and in person. They also give back a little of that much higher hourly rate they...

I have been working at LaSalle Network full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

6 years has gone by in a flash, and where I’m at in my career and what I’ve been able to achieve is something I never imagined possible. When I graduated college, just like many grads, I didn’t exactly know what I wanted to do. I had somewhat of an idea…but not really. I worked other places for a couple years and thought that the leadership I was exposed to/worked with was it…that’s what existed everywhere. But I wasn’t...

I worked at LaSalle Network full-time for more than a year

    Pros

A lot of Perks, so many perks and if that's what you're looking for then great! Free lunch on Wednesdays, free dry cleaning, bagels on friday, and rebirthdays. Not to mention the company wide sales trip- (if you hit that goal), constant competitions to keep moral in the office up, as well as quarterly events that may involve clients.

    Cons

LaSalle was my first job out of school and I cant completely knock the company down, because I did learn a lot. However, working now at a larger company, you can see how ridiculous the culture was at LaSalle. To be fair, maybe the culture wasn't for me, but when you're out interviewing and several companies ask within the hiring process if LaSalle is a Cult, you have to sit and think just how normal the work culture...

Dial it back a bit, every meeting doesn't have to be an reenactment of Wolf of Wall Street.
