I have been working at LaSalle Network full-time for more than 6 years

      Pros

6 years has gone by in a flash, and where I’m at in my career and what I’ve been able to achieve is something I never imagined possible. When I graduated college, just like many grads, I didn’t exactly know what I wanted to do. I had somewhat of an idea…but not really. Cons

The chairs outside Tom's office should be Cardinal's instead of Cubs :) Other than that I have zero complaints.

      Advice to Management

Keep up the great communication and transparency. I appreciate the humor and fun mixed in with the messages. Even with the fast growth make sure everyone has an opportunity (hopefully different than mine - physically speaking) to know that they are one of us and we take care of our own.
