Pros

Very laid back approach to recruiting, and pretty fast paced atmosphere which keeps you on your toes/keeps your attention span.

Cons

Management higher up is weak - they communicate well but don't necessarily take into consideration what the recruiters ask for or suggest. It is almost like they are going through the motions of their job, reaching out to their lower workers just because they have to.

I have been working at Lab Support as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Gets high paying jobs for you. My first job payed $18 an hour, and was temp to hire. Nice to you at first.

    Cons

Avoids you if they don't have anything available, does anything to get out of Holiday pay. Will not let you talk to upper management.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees as you would want to be treated. If you cannot solve a problem direct the employee to someone over you who can.

I worked at Lab Support full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nice coworkers. Lower stress. Lax dress code. Flexible hours. Not a bad place to start a business development career.

    Cons

Low pay. Did business development for them which led to massive contracts between OANT and hospital networks, and was "rewarded" with bonus checks that literally could not buy you a Playstation 3. Avoid unless you're a recent grad and do not need a strong check.

    Advice to Management

Perhaps pay a bit more and you'll keep turnover lower.
