I have been working at LabCorp full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    -Good benefits
    -Decent pay
    -Good supervisor

    Cons

-Lack of care for quality; all about quanity
-Raises could be a lot more yearly (some literally got under $0.10/hour)
    -Better upper managment
-Local hospitals need to stop buying into all the medical offices locally; killing our market

    Advice to Management

Listen, then advise. It seems that whenever we get a call it is almost always negative because they never bother to ask us our side of an issue and assumed we must have been in the wrong.
