      Pros

      nice people who mean well, are experts in what they do and the services they provide with good communication internally

      Cons

      spread themselves too thin with no real strategy or execution. an insane over reliance on workiva as a partner and far too big of a bet on ESG/DEI/Sustainability as a business driver. the tech being developed was buggy though improving, limited understanding on the audience outside of their immediate clientele. over expanded into markets/geos, poor cost management

      - well managed semi-agile sprints and effective team communication for clarifying specs - supportive team culture - good practice reviewing PRs and keeping code quality - remote work with 2x/month onsite work - good, scoped dev team distribution across projects

      Cons

      - commuting for onsite work 2x/month if you're living 2-3 hours from the main office could be tiring - dev tasks are constrained to frontend-only or backend-only, could be less challenging if you're more inspired to work on the full-stack and architecture of the product
