good benefits, can become too comfortable for you to move forward
good bonus, good cubicle, good structural work environment, Lam takes care of its employees moneywise

Cons

too many layers of management - vp, managing director, director, manager, program manager, project manager

Advice to Management

simplify management tiers, pay attention to people who do real work
