    Great concept - complete system of metering - electric, gas, water

    Cons

    Integration of so many disparate parts very slow, not enough senior management drive to accomplish integration. So many parts, so many countries, cultures, very very political

    Demonstrate better visibility accountability and competence

    Smart people to work with
    Many hard working people
    Many various challenges
    Some room for career growth

    Cons

    Bare minimum in the line of development tools and software
    Sloth workers are tolerated
    The talented workers are asked to do too much to make up for the sloths
    Pay is definitely not competitive

    Advice to Management

    Invest in technology. Give your employees the tools to do their job well. Get some people, who don't suck at life, to negotiate your contracts. Pay your talent so that they stay. Stop tolerating the sloths and get rid of them. Management needs to waste less of workers time with inefficient meetings (check out Agile..).
