Be careful on the band and title HR will trick you into because that usually won't change and it's linked to your payout. Your growth is mostly manager dependent and not work dependent so research on the reporting manager if you decide to accept. Preferential treatment is given to Europeans with 40% more salaries. Growth is not based on merit but likes and dislikes and the noise you make in meetings and attention you are able to draw towards yourself. Business is struggling thats how your appraisal discussion will usually start and end.
