I worked at Landmark Worldwide full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The best training and development in the world. Rigorous, fun, exciting. Working together with the staff and assistants is the best part of working here.

    Cons

Could consider the hours long, wasn't a problem for me after being there a few months.

    Cons

They need to apply the training they provide for people to their own company culture and processes. Terrible business model, people are extremely overworked and underpaid. I did the calculation once, and I was making about $1.50 per hour.
