Pros

For the fast motivated kind of person. Room to move up and around if you show that you are hard working.

Cons

Harder to get into management unless you relocate to help open a store.

Advice to Management

Don't forget what it is like to work for minimum wages.

    Pros

    Very corporate if you like that and you have do have the ability to move around.

    Cons

    Corporate is in Texas and they have many layers you have to go through to get anything done. It hurts them more than it helps.
