      -The core of the company is not concise nor experienced in business. -International company with a salary expectation that doesn't correspond even to the Brazilian Market. -Not organized. -Possibility for a horrible team, detrimental to your progression.

      - Management is in close contact with contractors - International, remote team (Brazil, Italy, Spain, Germany) - Possibility to try new ideas and technologies, company is always up to date with tech and encourages its use within the company
