    I worked at Language Services Associates full-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

    The pros is that my management was flexible with time off... the very little time that you do get off.

    Cons

    The blatant favoritism and racism that I experienced and witnessed was overwhelming. I had a manager who was an alcoholic. My job allowed her to show up to work drunk and with vodka in her water bottle on multiple occasions. Because she was friends with the higher manager she was allowed to get away with this for over 8 years. They do not pay you nearly what you should make for the amount of work that you do. It's...

    Advice to Management

    Stop the favoritism. Pay people livable wages. Do not allow non functional alcoholics into management positions.

      I have been working at Language Services Associates full-time for more than 2 years

      Pros

      Some of the people are really nice. Job is very easy. Managers at the bottom level in every department are okay.

      Cons

      Job can be boring. Long hours doing nothing but answering the phone and typing answers in a computer. If you’re not the favorite of the top managers you won’t get anywhere. If you’re a favorite you’ll get special treatment and can get away with a lot. Company is going broke and doesn’t pay well because a lot of people have to have second jobs just to survive.

      Advice to Management

      Pay your people. Stop having favorites.
