Run by 2 people with zero clue - Anonymous employee Latcha+Associates Employee Review

Pros

Free coffee, bring your dog to work, nice people, blah blah blah...the same stuff as most places. Just trying to fill the 20 word minimum.

Cons

Dave & Lisa...where to even begin. These two run the place and have zero clue as to what is happening or who knows what should be happening. Severe turnover in the first 6 months of this year should’ve been a real eye opener but nope, they let some great people leave or worse yet pushed em out the door. Pay raises and reviews are incredibly rare. If this place lasts another 2 years I’ll be shocked. There is such potential and they just can’t get out of the way to let other, better equipped & talented people move the company forward. Likely the HR lady will reach out to this review to see if I want to talk to help effect change but unless Dave takes some stuff to heart, none will happen.

Pros

People are superficially nice. Office is nice. Dogs allowed at work, nice. Remote work allowed, nice.

Cons

No training provided for new platforms. Basically figure it out on your own. No room for growth. No reviews or salary growth. It's basically a friend hires other friends environment. No feedback or warning if you are not living up to their expectations so you can possibly correct what is wrong. You get lots of positive feedback when all is well, but no one points out areas for improvement. Management is a joke. Work/life balance is also a joke, when you are getting requests at 8pm asking you to jump on a task immediately, and you are at the hospital with your son. It's like being an on call doctor 7 days a week.
