    Pros

Great People, Great Clients and an drive for great, strategy founded creative no matter what.

    Cons

Poor onboarding,/training. Internal processes should work a LOT better.
    Sometimes poor communication among departments.

    Advice to Management

Create a proprietary "This is how we work at LatinWorks manual for newcomers.
don't expect everyone to know everything when they join.
Increase access from Senior Management to employees.

    Pros

Award winning agency with significant accolades and accomplishments in the world of Hispanic advertising. Austin is a great city if you are open to the SW, and the agency is young, vibrant and has a great culture.

    Cons

The agency is very top-heavy in terms of management and is beginning to look very much like a general market agency, in terms of Hispanic vs. Non-Hispanic employees.

    Advice to Management

Maintain credibility by hiring greater numbers of Hispanics and have more transparency regarding employee successes - there seems to be limited potential to move within the company
