    Pros

Located in a major city, good staff to work with.

    Cons

Corporation that owns Le Cordon Bleu, is all about money. They charge way too much tuition for a cooking degree. The curricullm, changes every year. They charge the students multiple fees, yet the student do not get the services rendered. They have staff running departsments that do not need to be there.

Take care of your employees and they will take care of company. Stop focusing on shareholders and profits.

    Pros

The team is a lot of fun and you have the chance to work with great people. Leadership on campus has been really good. You get the opportunity everyday to help people change their lives by getting an education.

    Cons

It is very micromanaged by CEC and down. There are structured hours, so it sometimes feels like working at a retail establishment. Compensation does not corespond to effort and year to year compensation increases are very small.

    Advice to Management

Allow employees to take ownership of their schedules and time. The results will follow if you have the right people on the team.
