Pros

LeadPoint employees are intelligent and great to work with. The LeadPoint business model is based on having superior technology and a revolutionary platform to enable all types of consumer leads - both data and voice - to be exchanged. The concept is brilliant. There is a lot of potential. Business decisions are made in a nimble fashion devoid of red tape.

Cons

There is little to no training for new employees. Each employees' role at LeadPoint is unclear making accountability difficult to ascertain. It is difficult for an employee to know whether or not they are doing a good job.

Advice to Management

Communicate the goals and objectives of the company in a clear manner and have specific metrics to measure the success of the company and the performance of employees.

    I have been working at LeadPoint full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    You are offered an opportunity to pick the schedule that works for you. PTO is given every pay period that you work.

    Cons

    Supervisors and Trainers are very unprofessional and cannot keep control of the training classes or meetings. There is a tendency to wait until the last minute to correct issues.

    Advice to Management

    Please work on soft skills and being consistent with training and coaching opportunities.
