Pros
Welcoming community, friendly staff, big vision, fun community, well stocked pantry, comfortable working environment...I honestly can't think of anything else solid.
Cons
Before I started working with Leaderonomics, I had plenty of regards for them. From what I saw outside, it looked like a great company with a fantastic vision and mission. However, upon entering I saw a lot of disunity and dissatisfaction amongst the workers. I attended events that were horribly organized and lacked direction. There were hard and fast rules when it came to generating new ideas to run an initiative- and despite seeing negative results from the outcome, new project managers weren't given the flexibility to tweak it. The lack of opportunities and space of growth was very discouraging.
