      Pros

      Everyone at the office is very friendly and welcoming to new employees. We have had a bit of turnover and everyone was welcomed. For a non-profit, a paid internship is rare and one above minimum wage is always great. The small size of the company gave exposure to upper management like CFO and CEO

      Cons

      I joined LeadingAge to get involved with a cause but unless you're in a consultant role or one of the direct-to-customer positions you won't have anything to do with the cause.

      -Great place for beginners to gain experience -Friendly and helpful coworkers -Learning opportunities, especially in certain departments

      Cons

      -Hard to move up, especially if no one leaves the team -Many changes in management over the past five years, leading to uncertainty -Promotions mostly happen when someone leaves, so progress can be slow
