      It depends on what school you work for. Some schools have difficult staff members that are unsupportive and make it difficult for you to perform your job.

      Its an ok place to start if you have no experience or aren't looking to be full time.

      Cons

      Wages are not market value for NYC metro area. You do not get paid over the summer.
