I have been working at Learning Care Group full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good work environment, flexible hours, and everyone is great to work with.

    Cons

The benefits are terrible and now all the co-pays have gone up once again. This is a serious game changer for me. No merits this past year either.

    Advice to Management

You are no longer a competitive employer. You really need to fix the benefits situation or at the very least bring back merits. Lot's of knowledge is walking out the door and will continue to do so. Was it really necessary to allow the co-pays to go up after already not giving merits this past year?

I have been working at Learning Care Group part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The kids and other Teachers are the only good part about this job. It is just that a job not a career.

    Cons

The hours, always over ratio so other teachers do not have to be on clock, never recogonized for good work, dirictors are extremly unprofessional to a point they will get in your face and yell at you, later they say they are on there perod.

    Advice to Management

you need to remember the little people who cover your mistakes without us you would not have a company.
