For now, LMHS has an excellent benefits package, but that is subject to change at a moment's notice in spite of what they may tell you before job acceptance. That's about it, for pros.
Lacks in effective management. Supervisors and management spend more time covering each others backsides to keep their jobs than they do taking care of business. They do not listen to employees and retaliate if employees follow the chain of command over their heads to another manager that doesn't listen and retaliates...... Salary is kept at national average and is very competitive.
Offices are run by nurses who you report to. The leadership is tyrannical and if you speak out or advocate for yourself they target you and make your life miserable. They do not value their providers or what they bring to the table or the quality of care they provide to their patients. The workload is astronomical with heavy amounts of after hours work required unless you’re willing to cut quality of care in order to get admin work done in between patients. They are unyielding and unwilling to work with providers. Their retention rate is DEPLORABLE because of the poor working environment. If you’re willing to put up with unhealthy working hours for a couple years so that you can get some savings or pay off loans, you can do that here but don’t expect a healthy work life balance.Continue reading
