We're always working to create a professionally and financially rewarding environment for all of our employees, but recognize it won't always be a fit for everyone. We vigorously dispute your comments on prior legal matters. Very early in our company's history we made a few honest missteps and took full responsibility. We're proud of the way we openly handled the situation; we've emerged stronger and even more well-positioned to help hundreds of thousands of well-deserving Americans get on a better path to financial health.
