Thanks for sharing. As you point out, we're a mission-based startup. We're always working to create a professionally and financially rewarding environment for all of our employees, but recognize it won't always be a fit for everyone. We vigorously dispute your comments on prior legal matters. Very early in our company's history we made a few honest missteps and took full responsibility. We're proud of the way we openly handled the situation; we've emerged stronger and even more well-positioned to help hundreds of thousands of well-deserving Americans get on a better path to financial health.

        Property Manager

As a leasing agent for two years, I then worked my way to assistant manager for t 11 months. Then, to a property manager position, nine months into my new role as manager, I was terminated, with no warning, completely unexpected. How do I explain this undeserving action and embarrassment in an upcoming interview without any risk in the decision-making of my employment with the company I am interested in? I hope I am relaying this in a way that is understood.
