    It is really nice working for a company that really does value its employees, whether it be great health care benefits, ample paid time off and paid holidays, and the constant food being provided. The pay is fair

    Cons

    The entry level position Lendkey is Loan Specialist, despite this, it is not an easy job. Your most basic tasks are under constant scrutiny, which can be counter productive, especially when it comes to making sure that the customers are getting the very best service that is absolutely demanded of us.     Advice to Management

    The base salary for the call center employees needs to be raised both to keep employees from leaving and to stay competitive and attract new hires. Trying to hire large groups of new employees at a certain time seems to be counter productive because they don't want to wait a month or longer to start.

    Pros

    Supportive leaders in middle management and engaged workers who care and promote a fun culture.

    Cons

    Some, not all, of the executives need communication and management training. The only complaint you will hear is from employees working under a horrible boss.

    Respect your workers, control your emotions and provide encouragement or you will continue to lose good people.
