    Decent pay, decent company

    Pros

Good job, good coworkers. Depends on your division/department of course - lots of variance with employees. If you’re looking into working in the construction or real estate industry it really is a good place to be. The pay and benefits are pretty good.

    Cons

Disconnect between corporate and divisions. Also laid off a bunch of people because of the pandemic even after they said they wouldn’t. I think the pay might vary a lot for each position depending on what you ask for.

    Pros

Good work life balance and understanding management, Top of the line desk chairs (X-Chair), dual flat screen monitors, issued Jabra blue tooth headphones - everything yu need to do your work

    Cons

Divide consultants from FT Associates with magnetic name tags - degrading and divisive like a 2nd class part of the 'TEAM'

    Pros

Greatly marketed to show a perception of quality Always openings for new positions

    Cons

Bad management, High turnover, Toxic workplace, Too many politics and favoritism play a key role in this companies abysmal review. Top performers are penalized when they don’t kiss the ring and work hard minding their business. Also if you build a pipeline bigger than managements salaries, they will get rid of you so that they can cut commissions again. Commission structures changed 3 times in just 3 months so that the company can make an extra buck in profits in the recent market. They prefer political salesman over top salesman. Management are very stubborn to changing their managing techniques meanwhile job duties and expectations increase regularly so expect no feee time for yourself in order to make numbers. The most important part of all this are that the homes made are cheap and of lower quality for the base, yet dolled up with a nice interior. You can put lipstick on a pig, and it’s still a pig. Even at my peak in this job, I decided a long time ago I would never buy a home here.
