    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

    Strong Network
    Fair Salaries
Core products are priced fairly aggressively

    Cons

    High turnover
    Churn and burn evironment
Mangement treats employees poorly; highly negative environment
    Antiquated, troublesome back office systems
Focus is on a few large accounts and they gobble up the already scarce resources
Highly "political"--middle management is only concerned with managing perception up the chain
HQ in Broomfield,CO is out of touch with sales
Acqusitions are poorly integrated. And they keep acquiring
Commission plan sucks, no one makes any money here by mid year
People work to have a job, nothing more.
The GM only focuses on his own "region" number, no one elses number matters. Employee recognition is minimal.
Making the wrong comment/asking the wrong question will get you blackballed and run out the front door. Agian, delusional politcis, you "need to play the game" here.
You are treated as simply a number, and face constant almost daily beatdowns even when performing.
Management doesnt get it. This particular branch out Philly is run by a VP in Pittsburgh, who never carried a bag, manages by a spreadesheet and can best be described as a survivor.

    Advice to Management

Hire someone from the outside to run this company. The musical chairs and political nonsense out in colorado need to be cleaned up. This company needs new direction. They should look to get better leadership in the GM and VP positions, rather than turning over reps every 6 months.

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Some departments are better than others. The grounds are attractive and well-kept.

    Cons

Debt continues to be pushed out into the future. Employees work endless hours and do fire drills. One head count equals two at Level 3. No work life balance. Culture promotes individual contributions and doesn't reward teamwork. This is the worst place I have ever worked, and I will be leaving as soon as I find another position. Those who visit with others will be rewarded while those working to plug the holes are ignored.

    Advice to Management

Look towards teamwork and not individuals who seek to promote themselves.
