I have been working at Levy Restaurants full-time

Pros

Disney Restaurant, consistent Business, with little down season.
Coworkers are great people.
The money is good, its hard to argue with 40-50K a year @ less than 40 hours a week,
regardless of any short comings it may have.

Cons

Most tips are put onto check, you can count on some cash,
but it will only be a fraction of what you get.
Management is a little hard headed. Policies seem to be fickle.
Policies are made up in Chicago, yet they have little grasp of what
is needed locally.

    I have been working at Levy Restaurants part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    The pay is very good for what you do. You spend about two hours doing absolutely nothing, and the remaining part of the shift doing literal running of food out to guest. Then you clean, take your tips, and leave. You can pick your days you work, and take a lot of time off before working the next games. Moving up the ranks is very possible if you work hard and get to know your coworkers and upper management well. Very simple.

    Cons

    Upper management forms clicks with certain employees. Often times you'll be pushed around until you've proven yourself worthy amongst the staff. Coworkers can be rude, but as long as you show upper management you've got what it takes, things will improve. This job is seasonal, and working more games means more taxes taken out per pay check. Good luck on getting tipped, most guest do not tip.

    Advice to Management

    I wish there was more organization. The supervisors are very lax and don't care about people cleaning at the end of the night.
