I have been working at Liaison International full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    friendly coworkers and flexible management

    Cons

Another company that refuses to respect its employees. Hire em young, fill em with pizza, and when they burn out hire some more.

    Advice to Management

Consider paying your employees in a manner relative to what the company brings in. Either this or stop pretending to care about employees because it looks facetious to everyone but the brand new. Pizza and lunches as reward for good performance are an insult relative to the money employees make for this company. Another fake, greedy company and an oblivious ceo.

I worked at Liaison International full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Coworkers are generally nice and willing to offer assistance and share knowledge.

    Cons

The company's aggressive goals are impossible to meet in a 40 hour workweek with a skeleton engineering team and an upper management team that is focused on delivery at all costs. The expectation is that the staff will work long into the night and over the weekend to meet deliverables promised to customers with no thought as to the throughput of the team doing the work. Hard work, dedication and talent are not... rewarded; the 'pets' of leadership, however, are well rewarded.

    Advice to Management

Bring in a leadership team that knows how to scope and staff projects and get rid of the leaders that continue to stand in the way of innovation,
