Pros

401k, Decent Pay, Ok place to learn about insurance

Cons

No work life balance, impossible to meet new goals, getting worse by the day.

Advice to Management

Get rid of Model E aka Mass Experiement. It's not working. If im rushing policyholders off the phone to meet my stats, that doesn't mean i did a good job neither does it mean the customer experience is improved. Speed is a cheap substitute for Quality.

    Pros

    They really let you run your own business. The income potential is great and the company is solid. Really good benefits as well.

    Cons

    Depending on your location, it can be difficult to generate enough quality prospects. There is no wiggle room when it comes to goals. You either hit your numbers or you're out.

    Advice to Management

    Cut back on the turnover in sales.

    Pros

    Salary and benefits are very competitive. Excellent job security. If management identifies you as a top performer you will get plenty of bonuses and have excellent promotion opportunities. Management is very flexible regarding time off and working from home. Most managers want you to be successful.

    Cons

    Tons of bureaucracy and red tape. IT is very understaffed and is slowly getting leaner. Work/life balance is diminishing

    Advice to Management

    Make up your mind. Every year or so we have a change in management that dramatically changes how we do things. Before we can finish implementing changes we go off in a different direction because the last change didn't work.
