    Great work-life balance. Solid standing in the Insurance industry with international exposure to markets. Innovative and market leading in many segments.

    Cons

    career mobility is very hard - same folks get promoted all the time. You need to know someone to get to the next level. The middle managers are the worst when it comes to promoting people who work for them. Sometimes, it feels like a race issue as well with Diversity and Inclusion given lip service by the management.
