    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance full-time

    Pros

Great work environment, flexible hours, great benefits

    Cons

Training is terrible, poorly priced products in the NC market for most prospective buyers, low commission per policy, terrible renewals on existing business. Overall salary is not as advertised long-term for most applicants.

    Advice to Management

Focus on agent development, increase opportunity to earn commissions, adjust rates to be competitive, foster a better (in person) training program for agent retention success.

I have been working at Liberty Mutual Insurance full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great company, great pay and ethics! Company car, Gas card, lots of PTO if you can get away.

    Cons

Still ironing out the workflow for Claims, workload is unbearable for even the hardest worker. Adjuster handles entire claim including inspection, supplements, contractor negotiations, ALE...you name it.

    Advice to Management

Have a supplement assist team and ALE to assist with the workload. Lower claim volume to 6-8 per week so adjusters can properly evaluate claims.
