    Alguns funcionários são muito bons.

    Cons

    Empresa engessada, com diferenciação grande entre diretoria e demais funcionários. Falta de gerencia entre gerentes, ações feitas de maneira amadora.

    Advice to Management

    Ouvir os funcionários, reconhecer que todos são parte da empresa, ser mais justo em termos de salário (não ha de se pagar rios de dinheiro, mas garantir o aumento básico), aceitar criticas sobre o que acontece, ouvir mais o funcionário, preocupar-se com o bem estar dos funcionários.

    I have nothing good to point

    Cons

    From a familiar company, you use to expect some benefits and some cons, but this company is only about cons. Bad salary, poor benefits, no motivation, not a healthy eviroment at all.

    Advice to Management

    Send home at least 80% of the board (specially CEO and COO) and start hiring some real professionals to lead the business.
