    Pros

I like the fast pace work environment. Most of the times you are really busy although there is some down time every now and then. The company is on the right track with its learning programs andthere are some efforts from the higher ups to make this a place of learning and work. You can take a lot here in this company and your success depends on you; and how much your manager likes you.

    Cons

Salary and bonuses should be more competitive. I feel like you are at a disadvantage if you work at one of the smaller sites. Carlsbad is the place to be if you want to succeed in this company.

    Advice to Management

Company is heading towards the right directions. I like the wellness program, open university, and especially the rewards program. It is great that we have put rewards program in place but there are concerns among people abouts its misuse. I feel like compensation is not as competitive when compared to the industry standards. Many colleagues feel that cut in benefits and low ICPs were unfair this year. Company has figured out that its always more expensive to buy employee's loyalty with money.
